| Purchase of bonds by subsidiary |
Current report 9/2010
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on February 26th, 2010, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased 46 pieces of coupon bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on February 26th, 2010 within the programme of bond issue carried by Bank PEKAO S.A. The bonds have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 460,000.
The interest rate of the bonds is based on Wibor 3M + 0.9%. The day of pay-back of the bonds: February 26th, 2010.
The purchase of bonds does not follow the increase of indebtedness as the above said bonds replace bonds, which pay-back date is February 26th, 2010.
