Current report 22/2010
The Management Board of Impexmetal S.A. informs that on March 1st, 2010 the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Impexmetal S.A., about the purchase on February 25th, 2010:
- of 17,998 pieces of Impexmetal’s shares at the average price of PLN 2.64. Settlement of the transaction will be executed on March 2nd, 2010.
- of 2,002 pieces of Impexmetal’s shares at the average price of PLN2.65 fort one share. Settlement of the transaction will be executed on March 2nd, 2010.
The above mentioned transaction was executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
The concerned person has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
