| Single wording of the Statute of Boryszew S.A. |
Current report no 10/2010
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board on its meeting on March 2nd, 2010 set the single wording of the Statute of the company, taking into account the changes introduced by resolution no 7 of the EGM of Boryszew S.A. of December 21st, 2009. The above mentioned changes have been registered in the registry of entrepreneurs carried by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XV Economic Department of the National Court Registry by the decision of February 8th, 2010, no WA.XIV NS-REJ.KRS/000766/10/040.
The single wording of the Statute is an enclosure do this report.
