| Approval of prospectus of Boryszew S.A. |
Current report no 11/2010
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on March 3rd, 2010 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus prepared by Boryszew S.A. in connection with the public offer of serie E shares and the intention to apply to allow to the turnover on the regulated market the serie E shares, the collection rights of serie E shares and the rights to the serie E shares (entity to offer is Dom Maklerski Capital Partners).
The securities covered by the prospectus are:
313,432,735 of serie E shares,
313,432,735 of rights to the serie E shares,
62,686,547 of collection rights to serie E shares.
