| BORYSZEW - 24th POLISH COMPANY IN DOW JONES STOXX EU ENLARGED TMI INDEX |
STOXX Limited, a Swiss company (joint venture of Deutsche Boerse AG, Dow Jones & Company, and the SWX Group) which develops, maintains and distributes the Dow Jones STOXX Indices has launched a new index for largest companies from 10 new EU countries.
Boryszew SA, according to the latest update, is a 24th Polish company and 55th company from 10 new countries which joined EU on May 1, 2004.

On April 19, 2005, „Parkiet” daily released the „500 List” which presents five hundred largest Polish companies. Boryszew Group holds 120th place, whereas Impexmetal Group* holds 48th place.
* Boryszew Group holds a 49.997% stake of Impexmetal Group.

The "500 list" of Rzeczpospolita daily, shown below, was released in 2005 on the basis of 2004's results.
=> Boryszew Group: 40th place on the list of the most valuable companies in Poland (155th position on the „500 list” and 44th position on the list of companies producing highest economic value added (EVA)
=> Impexmetal Group – 16th place on the list of the largest Polish exporters in Poland (57th place on the “500 list”)
=> Hutmen Group – 238th position (the best advance on the „500 list” in 2004 from 465th place in 2003), 3rd place on the list of companies with highest growth in sales (growth of 149.6%)
=> Aluminium Konin – Impexmetal – 248th place on the „500 list”
=> Huta Metali Nieżelaznych Szopienice – 13th place on the list „Debutants on the 500 list” (includes companies which entered the list thanks to rapid growth of sales), 402nd position on the „500 list”
