The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the sale on October 28th, 2009 in a block transaction 700,000 shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 6.00 for one share. Settlement of the transaction was executed on October 29th, 2009.
